Quarantine stories of readers inspired latest POKET book

We are all experiencing what it feels like to be away from family members and friends during the coronavirus pandemic. The volunteers of Amigos Foundation regularly visit children with major illnesses, who spend months in a hospital receiving treatment and experiencing a similar feeling. The parallel above gave the inspiration for the literary contest “Amigos on a POKET page – friendship confined to a room”, for which anyone could apply with 150 word quarantine stories. Nearly 500 applications were received and the 50 best stories are now available in a special POKET edition in the POKET vending machines. Our agency was responsible for the communication aspect of the book premiere.
